Watermelons usually sit awkwardly and take up a lot of space in a refrigerator. Also, the traditional oval watermelon was too difficult to stack. The Japanese solved this by developing the square watermelon a few years back. Now in a complete twist, comes the completely opposite problem, the pyramid shaped watermelon.
